The Shylee Smiles Foundation is proud to present its first annual Smiles for Miles Charity 10K, 5K and Fun Run to raise funds and awareness for families of the Shoals area battling cancer. We look forward to seeing you on race day! Let’s run for a reason and smile for miles!

Early Packet Pickup for the Race will be held at Coldwell Banker on Friday, August 29th.

Yes, if you register before the t-shirt deadline your exclusive race tee in the size you order is 100% guaranteed! Race T-shirt design will be announced closer to race day!

End of day August 22nd, 2025. After the deadline, shirts will be available in limited quantities/sizes as you register and can be selected while you check out on a first-come, first-served basis while inventory lasts.

Yes! Prizes and awards will be handed out for the 10K and 5K. The top overall female and male runners, and top overall Masters (40+) and GrandMasters (60+) divisions. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals are awarded to the top three female and male finishers in each of the 10-year age groups.

This location has plenty of nearby parking at the Florence Mall at no cost.

Yes! Well-socialized and leashed dogs are welcome at the back of the pack.

Yes, strollers are welcome at the back of the pack. If you are running for a competitive time, please inform us on race day morning so we can add an offset to your start time to account for the distance to the START line.

We’re sorry, but only runners, joggers, walkers, baby strollers/joggers, restrained pets and wheelchairs are allowed.

There are some small hills in the course, but nothing challenging above a 10% grade
